The Feminine Force Workshop

The Feminine Force is an empowerment workshop that uses the transformative tools of physical theater to help you unlock your inner strength and artistic potential. Over two immersive days, you’ll engage in dynamic exercises, collaborative activities, and personal explorations—all grounded in physical movement and expression.

In an industry long dominated by male perspectives, women’s voices are often underrepresented and undervalued. This workshop aims to empower women to take control of their creative journeys and realize their fullest potential. Together, we will:
