INTERNATIONAL DAY OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Join us on Friday, December 10th at 4pm (CET) live on our YouTube channel where we’ll hold CONNECTIONS, the first one of online conversations with artists from around the world, who are known for their social impact!
Invited artists are Rachael Jacobs (Australia), Lee Mokobe (South Africa), Dijana Milošević (Serbia), Razcel Jan Salvarita (Philippines), Francine Kliemann (Brazil). The event will be moderated by Jadranka Anđelić, Serbia, with an introduction by Aislinn Ryan (UK), from ITAC.
ART / CLIMATE / COMMUNITY
This event is part of the The Dancing Trees project, that aims to look for answers about what performing artists and citizens can do in response to one of the biggest crises we are facing today, the crisis of a healthy environment survival, whose direct result is the global climate change and one of the main causes of it – deforestation.
This program proved to be very important for maintaining existing connections and developing new ones, and for the exchange of experiences and ideas between artists/experts and audiences during this period of travel restriction around the globe.
Project supported by: ITAC – Climate Impact, Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs; International Relief Fund of the German Federal Foreign Office, the Goethe-Institut, and other partners: www.goethe.de/relieffund; City of Belgrade – Secretariat for Culture. In collaboration with Belgrade Dance Institute.
