Jährlich stattfindendes Seminar und Theaterlabor, eine Initiative für alle Teilnehmenden des KURINGA Qualifizierungsprogramms, ergänzt durch öffentliche Veranstaltungen (Forumtheateraufführungen), die allen Interessierten offen stehen.
Im Rahmen des Festivals findet ein Multiplikationsseminar statt, das sich anhand von Fallbeispielen der Analyse von praktischen Erfahrungen widmet. Basierend auf den Berichten zum Arbeitsprozess werden gemeinsame Themen und Fragen für die Diskussion ausgewählt.
Ebenso finden mehrere Dramaturgie-Labore statt, während derer die Forumtheateraufführungen des Vorabends analysiert werden können, einschließlich praktischem Ausprobieren von Ideen für die künstlerische Produktion und das Forum.
Der Qualifizierungsprozess umfasst zwei Kurse und wird im Rahmen von Multiplikation und der Analyse praktischer Erfahrungen fortgesetzt.
Das KURINGA FESTIVAL ist ein wichtiger Raum für die Vertiefung des Lernprozesses.
