Surviving in Puerto Rico

from Deborah Hunt

Dear friends outside of Puerto Rico,

the magnitude of the damage to Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria is astounding. I was lucky. I live in a cement house in San Juan. With neighbors we cleared roads and helped each other out. The rubble has been cleared .... the water comes and goes and at some point in the future we all hope for electricity. New leaves sprout on the trees left standing. As I said I am lucky. Most of Puerto Rico is devastated.

I am freelance masker and puppeteer. We have no work now. If you feel like acquiring my books in English or Spanish, it would be super helpful at this time. I keep creating and try to be helpful any way I can. Onwards, and thankyou.

Deborah Hunt.
