Magda Agudelo nació en Colombia y estudió Artes Escénicas con énfasis en actuación en la Academia Superior de Artes de Bogotá (ASAB). Desde 2004 vive en Alemania. Trabajó hasta 2014 con el Centro Cultural y Laboratorio Teatral “Unser Theater” en Landsberg a. L. y participió además en otros proyectos teatrales y performance en Múnich y Augsburgo.

I am a female theatre artist and have been involved with theatre for almost 30 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Performing Arts and I attended The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City. I am an actress, director, costume designer, sound designer and now a co-founder of a female-focused theatre company called The Rising Phoenix Theatre Company located here in Des Moines, Iowa, USA.

Soy una creadora e investigadora escénica peruano-española. Vivo en Madrid desde 1990. He formado parte de Magia Teatro de Grupo en Lima y de Palique Cuenteros en Madrid, que fundé junto a tres compañeras. De forma independiente he creado varios "solos" como cuentera y actriz. He publicado libros de cuentos para niñas y niños y un ensayo sobre teatro documental. Soy parte de la red desde 2008 cuando acudí al Transit en el ODIN, en Holstebro, convocado por Julia Varley.

Sua formação em artes cênicas é fundamentada principalmente no teatro físico, tendo feito vários cursos e assessorias com o grupo LUME e com artistas internacionais; como o grupo Teatret OM da Dinamarca, o mestre de butoh Tadashi Endo da Alemanha, a mestra de clown canadense Sue Morrison, Eugênio Barba e Julia Varley do Odin Teatret.
