Anna-Helena became principal of Legendary physical theatre company Gardzienice in Poland, 2000. Toured as the Electra (LaMama ETC 05, Barbican BITE 06) & musical Leader in Metamorphoses; led company training worldwide. Freelance actor, musician, composer, ensemble & voice coach, multi-disciplinary director. Former member of Awake Project's AWAKE, Ensemble, Love Orchestra and Youth work (2006-12). Founded Actor - Chorus - Text (ACT) Ensemble Theatre Training, hosting projects for adults and youth from diverse backgrounds under the umbrella name Moon Fool. Hosts and produces Day & Night (folk music collective). Guest director at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and DePaul School of Theatre. Guest lecturer at Uni's, Circus and Drama schools across the globe. Anna-Helena was voice coach on the National Theatre of Scotland Musical, Glasgow Girls (Stratford East Feb 2013), actor-musician in Penny Dreadful's 'How to be Immortal' (Soho Theatre), Associate Director on 'Madame Butterfly' for Ignacio Joaquin, musician for Rupert Goold's King Charles III on London's West End/Broadway. Recently performed her MTN award nominated solo cabaret, Titania at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Summerhall) and directed STORM at Links Hall Chicago in June, both to rave critical acclaim. Currently collaborating with the British Museum to revive the music of Ancient Mesopotamia through ancient myths and developing a PhD feminist analysis of voice work in the Eastern European theatre laboratory. Lead artist in Tract and Touch new project Resonant Trails. Currently undertaking a PhD at Guildhall School of Music and Drama London.
