Director, Actress, Dramaturg. My childhood was visiting my father in jale during dictature in uruguay, and my mother and I struggling outside alone. Afther five year Amnisty International took us to Norway and then we started a new life. My heart is half norwegien and half uruguayan. My art to. My mother and father lives un Norway, i live and work as artist in Uruguay. I have a acting school focus in film with my husband, and all my works as director or dramaturg are about identity, gender, politics, soccial issues, human rights and gender violence. I won the Blanca Podesta price with my text "Me gusta cuando Callas" about domestic violence, and i won the Florencio price ( Uruguayan most important theater price) for best alternative performace for my directing of " El Rey Tuerto" Marc Creuhet text. Also I was nomineted for best director in 2017 in Florencio Prices for my work as director for "Cenizas" Llatzer Garcia text. " El tiempo sin LIbros" text av Lene Therese Teigen about my and my families life and others durinf dictature and exil, are the new work I am directing now and it talks about how we deale with our memories. In our families, our personal lifes, and as societes. I teach acting skills and directing for my students at my school ( LA ESCENA) an at UM University.
