ART OF DEVISING 2026
The Safety of Wilderness: 28th of June- 5th of July 2026.
Theatre/Dance Seminar-intensive
Does civilization with it wars and violence, provide safety?
Wilderness does not protect you from fear. It teaches you how to sit beside it, and let it teach you to live fully. You learn safety by paying attention: to the ground beneath your feet, to the breath of others nearby, to when to move, when to wait, when to lead, when to follow.
Just like in a physical theatre training.
We will explore feminine principles allowing moments of uncertainty, play, failure, and care, and wilderness inside and around us, finding true safety.
If safety is a shelter, then wilderness teaches us how to build it together, out of attention, responsibility, and imagination. It will remain in how we listen. In how we take risks.
In how we make space for what has not yet been named.
A space of creation. A space of art and a theatre performance.

What Still Moves Me: 6th-13th of September 2026
Theatre/Dance Seminar
What Moves Me is a dance theatre seminar for women aged 50+ that invites curiosity, reflection, and creative expression through movement.
It is a poetic inquiry into what continues to stir us, emotionally, socially, sensorially and humanly. What moves us as humans but also what makes our bodies want to move, explore, dance, gaining strength, beauty and versatility on the way.
Movement emerges not from from attention, memory, curiosity, and care, from memory embodied in us. Life experience dominates over technique, allowing poetic expression without pressure. Our bodies get expressive by time, full of stories to tell.
