Following a star
The North Star is one of the most important, used to navigate the sea, to orient oneself, and to find direction.
Practice, the daily work of the actor, builds a solid foundation through which we begin our journeys towards the unknown, working on rhythm will be the heartbeat of the adventure.
It is up to us to look for a star to follow.
Many years ago I searched for, and found a teacher. She taught me to listen to the silence inside me in order to use my voice. She taught me the dignity of those who get up after falling. She showed me my direction. This workshop is dedicated to her, to Iben Nagel Rasmussen.

Practical details
Following a star is organised and hosted by Teatret OM, Regional Theatre in Ringkøbing from the 13th to the 27th of August.
All activities take place at or nearby Teatret OM's facilities at Buen 15 in Ringkøbing, DK.
The participation fee of 500 euro covers lodging in shared rooms, and participation for the whole 2 weeks of activities.
