Text we can use for standard emails, eg to encourage people to post their own notices to the web site.

hello,
now that we have launched the new Magdalena Project web site, we are
asking people to register on the new site and post information directly
there in the form of news and events announcements, rather than post to
this list.

you can register on the new site here:
/en/user/register

once your registration has been approved, you can then log into the site
and do things including:

- edit& update your profile (from the link "my profile")
- choose what email notifications you would like to receive and how
often (also from the link "my profile", then "notifications")
- post content (from the link "create content")
- view other member's profiles (from the link "network" then "members")
- send email to a member (from the "contact" link on their profile page)
- learn more about how to use the site (from the link "how to use this
site")

Ahora que hemos inaugurado la nueva pagina de internet del Magdalena Project, estamos pidiendo a la gente que se registren en la nueva pagina y que envien informacion directamente a esta nueva pagina en forma de noticias y anuncios de eventos, en vez de enviarlos a esta lista.

Puedes registrarte en la nueva pagina aqui:

una vez que ha sido aprobada tu resgistracion, entonces puedes entrar en la pagina y hacer cosas como:

- editar y poner al dia tu perfil (a traves del enlace " my profile " (mi perfil))
- seleccionar que notificaciones por quieres recibir por correo electronic y con que frecuencia (tambien a traves del enlace "My Profile", seguido de "notifications" (notificaciones)))
- enviar contenido (a traves del enlace "create content" (crear contenido))
- Ver el perfil de otros miembros (a traves del enlace "network" (red) y despues "members" (miembros))
- enviar correos a otro miembro (a traves del enlace "contact" (contactar) en la pagina del perfil)
- aprender mas sobre como usar esta pagina (a traves del enlace "how to use this site" (como usar esta pagina)

the Magdalena Project now has a new web site, which can be found at http://www.themagdalenaproject.org. the new site enables members of the network to post their own news and events directly to the web site, instead of emailing it to the list or the webqueen to be posted.

please go to the web site and create an account; once your account has been approved, you will be able to log in and from the "create content" menu, choose either the "news" or "events" category to post your announcement into.

if you have any difficulty in posting to the site, there is a "how to use this site" page and you can also ask webqueen@themagdalenaproject.org for assistance.

El Proyecto Magdalena tiene una nueva página --- Web, la cual puedes encontrar en http://www.themagdalenaproject.org. Esta nueva página permite que miembros de la red puedan anunciar directamente en la página web sus propias noticias y eventos, en vez de enviar por correo electrónico a la lista o a Helen, la webqueen para que lo envíe.

Por favor ve a la página web y crea una cuenta; una vez que tu cuenta ha sido aprobada, podrás entrar y a través del menu de “crear contenido” (“create content”), elige la categoría de “noticias” o “eventos” al cual enviar tus anuncios.

Si tienes alguna dificultad al enviar el material a la página, existe un página: "Cómo usar esta página de internet" y también puedes preguntar a la webqueen@themagdalenaproject.org para que te ayude.

il Magdalena Project ha un nuovo sito all'indirizzo http://www.themagdalenaproject.org
Il nuovo sito permette ai membri della rete di creare e postare i propri eventi e news direttamente sulla pagina web, invece di inviarli alla mailinglist o alla webqueen perché siano pubblicati.

Andando sul sito è possibile creare il proprio account; una volta che il tuo account sarà approvato, sarai in grado di fare il log in e dal menu "create content", scegliere di creare un evento o una news.

Se hai problemi nell'aggiungere un contenuto al sito, puoi leggere la pagina "how to use this site" o scrivere a webqueen@themagdalenaproject.org per un aiuto.

Ricorda: è necessario cancellare magdalenaproject@lists.servus.at dalla tua mailinglist.
